Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! To ensure smooth scheduling, please note the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged 25% of the scheduled service and forfeit appointment and deposit.
- If you need to cancel, please reach out via DM or text.
- Please note that a 10-minute grace period is allowed; text me if you expect to be late beyond scheduled time. After 10 minutes appointment and deposit is forfeit.
-Deposits and cancellation fees are none refundable.
